What is the Menē Lifetime Buyback Guarantee?
24k gold and pure platinum Menē Products are eligible for the Menē Lifetime Buyback Guarantee, which allows you to exchange or sell your investment jewelry at any time for its current value, minus a 7% fee for Menē Credit and a 10% fee for PayPal payment. You can receive the value amount as Menē Credit or deposit it into your PayPal account. Orders paid by BitPay or Coinbase can only be received as Menē Credit. Pure silver is excluded from the Menē Lifetime Buyback Guarantee.
The Certificate of Authenticity included with your jewelry guarantees that you have purchased a pure 24-karat gold or platinum Menē creation. It must accompany your jewelry if you choose to use the Menē Lifetime Buyback Guarantee.
Any Menē jewelry returned without its Certificate of Authenticity will incur an additional 5% assessment fee.
If you’re not completely satisfied with the craftsmanship of your pure silver jewelry, you can exchange it for the same or a similar piece.
