How do I initiate a Buyback?

To initiate a Buyback, visit the Buyback section of your Menē account dashboard. Select Buyback to view all jewelry pieces eligible for a Buyback, then select one or more pieces you wish to sell.

Select the address you want to ship your Buyback from, the desired credit type, and click Process. You must review and accept the Buyback Terms and click Process to proceed. The Buyback is successfully initiated when you receive the following modal notification: Success! Your Buyback is being processed.
