What happens once a Buyback is being processed?
Once your Buyback is approved, a prepaid FedEx shipping label will be emailed to you to securely return your jewelry and Certificate(s) of Authenticity. Your Buyback will be assessed within 7 days of receipt by Menē, and the funds will be issued to your selected method.
If you are living outside of the USA and Canada and want to initiate a Buyback, you must contact service@mene.com for further instructions.
