What happens once a Return is being processed?
Once your Return is approved, a prepaid FedEx shipping label will be emailed to you. Securely package and return your jewelry and Certificate(s) of Authenticity, and drop it off at the nearest FedEx location. For eligible 24k gold or pure platinum investment jewelry, your returned product will be assessed for authenticity. Payment will be issued within a minimum of seven (7) business days of the assessment.
