Like my gold leaf from Mene, I'm not totally sure that a solid-gold button was a must-have purchase for general life success and satisfaction - but I can say with certainty that it is brilliant, shining little addition to the sweater I've sewn it on.

The platinum button was one of my first Mene purchases, and I finally decided to get the gold one as well. So pretty! I wear it on a chain or leather cord around my neck.

Historically, gold holds its value. So when my husband said he’d like nothing for his birthday, except to save his money.. I bought him this button, and sewed it into the lining of his hat. He LOVES it. It’s a form of currency anywhere you go, if you ever need it.

Beautiful buttons
Very pleased with the item itself. But, I purchased multiple buttons in one order and they arrived all jumbled together in one bag, such that it's impossible for me to match any individual button to its certificate of authenticity. In the future I would make a separate order for each button.
Smaller than expected
I got this for my daughter who’s nickname is “Button.” I expected something I could place on a necklace of some sort, but it is actually the size of a small shirt button—like something you would find on the cuff of a shirt. It would be fun to have these on a shirt.

This Golden Button is awesome. One side has the indented look while the other is rounded like old school style buttons. I wouldn't mind if both sides where indented but its still a amazing piece non the less. I was torn between the Gold and the Platinum. But I mean come on. GOLD!

So rich and buttery, and also heavy on my cuff, I'll have to do three per sleeve instead of four for my new blazer. Leave the forth functional button hole unbuttoned (the button would not show anyway) - surgeon's cuffs.

Excellent Button for My Levi Jacket!
In my memoir "My Deserted Island", we were robbed by sea pirates who thought my shinny copper buttons on my Levi jacket were made of Gold. They took all my copper buttons. The recreation of my gold buttons Levi jacket will show how silly these pirates were at that moment!
