I bought this letter pendant as a gift for myself about six months ago and I have been wearing it every day since. It‘s extremely well made, like all mene jewelry that I own, and I own quite a few pieces. It’s casual but I also have worn it with dress blouses and heals at conferences.

It's a fantastic piece but I do wish you could fit larger chains I'm pretty sure we all wouldn't mind a couple of extra grams being added so we could fit it on a bigger chain. That's the reason why I give it four stars instead of five.

Excellent customer service Called before I purchased to make sure the initial was in stock. Whole process took only few days. Weight was 5.61 grams Instead of 5.32 received little extra gold. Pendant was exactly as pictured it’s small with good weight to it. Has that nice pure gold color to it.

I had waited 3-4 weeks for this item since it was a custom order. It states 5.67grams I was expecting it to be atleast close to 5.67 but when I weigh the item it was 5.29 or 5.30. Very bum about this purchase.

The pendant is beautiful, but much smaller in diameter than expected. Given the size, the allowed variance is nearly 9% of the weight of the pendant. Unfortunately, my pendant came in at the lower end of the allowed variance.
