Why is the weight of the Menē piece I bought different on the certificate than purchased or on the invoice?

Each piece of Menē jewelry is unique and individually crafted and finished by hand. The physical weight of some 24k gold and pure platinum pieces may differ slightly from their advertised weight, which is the average weight of the inventory for the specific design. There may be a weight variance of up to +/- 0.5 grams per design.

Crafted on Demand items are priced by the gram weight of the item as manufactured during the design process. The weight of Crafted on Demand items can fluctuate by up to +/- 1 gram per design.

If you believe the weight of the piece you received falls outside of the 0.5 gram variance, or higher than 1 gram for Crafted on Demand pieces, please contact Customer Care at service@mene.com.
