What is your cancellation policy?
An order may be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours after receiving the email order confirmation. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to orders cancelled after they have been shipped, or after 24 hours. It is not possible to cancel an order once it has been shipped.
Orders paid by bank deposit, cryptocurrency and gift card can only be refunded to Menē Credit.
