Not sure what happened here. It looks like it was made from aluminum. Dull, no shine, it just looks rough. I had bought another platinum astrological charm at the same time. Side by side it looks like I ordered two different metals; one looks precious and the other looks cheap. Not happy.

Communication with MENE has been great. I inadvertently put in the incorrect city and zip for my order. I was able to email them and made a phone call to ensure my package didn't get lost. Customer service over the phone was easy and very accommodating. I am really loving this company.
