I love the heart charm so much that I got it in yellow gold also and I wear it all the time. The only issue is that the heart naturally hangs upside down when you wear it as a pendant. The hole should be placed higher up.

This is a very nice little heart, has a good feeling weight for its size. The only thing you should consider before buying is that if you wear this on a necklace it will hang upside down. The way the hole runs through it, it is top heavy.
