The weight (measured in metric grams) represents the pure 24 karat gold or platinum content within each design.
Weights can fluctuate by up to 0.5 grams per piece for in-stock pieces and up to 1 gram for Crafted-on-Demand pieces.

Menē jewelry prices fluctuate based on the market price for gold and platinum.

What is Crafted-on-Demand?
A Crafted-on-Demand item is made just for you, when you order it. Most pieces ship within a week, but those that require extra artisanship can take up to 3 weeks to ship.
How can I track my order?
You will be able to track the progress of your order through your account dashboard’s Crafted-on-Demand section. We do our best to ensure that your items are shipped on time, but sometimes the crafting phase can take a little longer than expected.
My order contains a piece that isn’t Crafted-on-Demand. Why will it still take longer to ship?
To make things as simple as possible, we ship your entire order when all of your pieces are ready. You will receive an email when your order ships.
What if I want my order sooner?
If you have a piece in your bag that is not Crafted-on-Demand, and you wish to receive it earlier, you can make a separate order without the Crafted-on-Demand piece.
What is Pre-Order?
A Pre-Order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been launched. Pre-Ordering an item ensures you will be the first to own this Menē piece when it launches.
When will the Pre-Order be shipped?
A Pre-Order piece will ship on its pre-determined launch date. Any other pieces in the same order will be reserved and shipped with the Pre-Order piece.
My order contains a piece that isn’t a Pre-Order piece. Why isn’t it shipping before the Pre-Order launch date?
To make things as simple as possible, we ship your entire order when the Pre-Order piece is scheduled to ship. You will be notified via email.
What if I want my order sooner?
An order containing a Pre-Order piece will ship no sooner than its launch date. If you have regular pieces you wish to receive sooner, you may separate those pieces into another order without the Pre-Order piece.
