Online, seemed twas an Italia design & on review it fit her perfectly in the small size. She's wearing it now and it's got a subtle, solid appeal going for it. Not too flashy, but when you hold it away from her arm you can feel it's heft.

It's a little heavy so it will securely rest only on your wrist and nowhere else along your forearm, however it's a stylish and beautiful piece of jewelry, in addition to the fact that it is pure gold. For a small wrist--you may want to adjust the width so you don't lose the cuff.
