Backside surface could have been a bit flatter, otherwise polish is fine. Weird dark red spot in between one of the arms of the symbol. Could be copper spot like you sometimes see in bullion gold coinage?

Nautical and classic looking
As a person of Eastern European descent I found this ancient Slavic symbol really interesting. I think it brings me good luck when I wear it. It has a classic unisex look in my opinion. It has a nautical vibe because of its resemblance to a steering wheel of a boat.
