Roy Sebag

Roy Sebag is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Goldmoney Inc. (TSX:XAU), a global financial service and technology business providing clients with access to trading, delivery and storage of precious metals.

Mr. Sebag is also the Founder and Executive Chairman of Menē Inc. (TSXV:MENE), a direct-to-consumer jewelry brand which crafts pure 24 karat gold and platinum jewelry that is transparently sold by gram weight. He led the company as CEO from inception until 2023.

Previously, Mr. Sebag founded BitGold which launched in 2014 and rapidly became the most successful digital gold payments and savings platform in history. BitGold ultimately merged with Goldmoney in 2015 resulting in the creation of Goldmoney Inc.

Prior to BitGold, Mr. Sebag was a portfolio manager that engaged in fundamental long and short equity investing in distressed, event-driven, and natural resource related opportunities.

Mr. Sebag has enjoyed a long career in business in diverse industries ranging from technology, precious metals, manufacturing, mining, agriculture, and investment management. He is also the author of the bestselling book The Natural Order of Money and several noted papers including: Global Gold Mine & Deposit Ranking and The Gold Jewelry Standard.

Vincent Gladu

With over two decades of experience in design, business strategy, sales and operations, Mr. Gladu joined Menē in 2023 to lead the company through its next stage of growth.

Previously, Mr. Gladu was a Vice President at goeasy Ltd. (TSX:GSY), a leading Canadian financial services company, where he built and grew the company’s online and brick & mortar Point-Of-Sale Financing business.

Prior to goeasy, Mr. Gladu held progressively senior roles at TD Bank (TSX:TD), where he led Innovation and Corporate Strategy for the insurance division, Rayonier (NYSE:RYN), where he led the development and commercialization of new technologies and Deloitte, where he advised Fortune 500 companies on growth and go-to-market strategies.

Mr. Gladu holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and degrees in industrial and product design.

Sunjoo Moon

Sunjoo Moon is an acclaimed designer, multifaceted creative director and established presence in the international fashion realm. Her accomplishments, which include chief designer roles at European couture houses and storied accessories brands as well as lead creative positions at ready-to-wear companies in the US, are decidedly diverse, unique and global.

A graduate of Studio Bercot, Sunjoo was the youngest designer to join Cerruti 1881 in Paris. Following that posting, she became head designer at prestigious houses including Missoni in Italy, Kenzo Jungle LVMH, Thierry Mugler Couture, and furriers Revillon and Yves Salomon. She also launched her own namesake collection with a flagship boutique on Paris’s Left Bank.

In the US, she has been the creative director of Californian contemporary brands Of Two Minds and Marna Ro, and worked as a creative consultant for clients in Los Angeles and New York.

Sunjoo’s work has been featured in leading fashion publications including Women’s Wear Daily, Elle, InStyle, Lucky, The Los Angeles Times and Angeleno. Her creations have been worn by celebrities, artists and personalities across the continents.

Today, she brings a wealth of experience and her international expertise to the world of Mene.

Andres Finkielsztain

Andres Finkielsztain is the Founding Managing Partner of FinkWald LLC, a private investment office specializing in private equity, real estate, media, and technology.

Andres is also the co-head of the Special Situations division at Banco Industrial in Argentina, where he analyzes and provides financing solutions to Argentinean-based companies and institutions. Andres previously served as a financial advisor for Soros Brothers Investments (SBI), a private investment office founded in 2011 by Alexander and Gregory Soros, and as an analyst for Emerging Markets at Soros Fund Management LLC.

Andres also worked at J.P. Morgan for over 10 years in various capacities within Asset Management, including the role of Global Investment Opportunity and Emerging Markets Specialist.

Andres graduated with a BA in Economics from Bard College where he served as the President of a Latin American organization.

Josh D. Crumb

Mr. Crumb is a co-founder of Goldmoney Inc. and has served as its Chief Strategy Officer and Director since 2014, and it's Chief Financial Officer since 2017. Mr. Crumb was previously an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs - the Senior Metals Strategist in the Global Economics, Commodities and Strategy Research Division in London; a co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Coffee Flour, and a Director of Corporate Development at the Lundin Group of Companies. Mr Crumb holds a Master of Science in Mineral Economics, a Graduate Certificate in International Political Economy, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
