The earring backing has fallen off multiple times on one of the studs. It's most likely a defective backing piece.

Earrings are beautiful. A little larger than I expected, which is nice. 24k looks much brighter and yellow than expected. They have a good weight. Terrible experience with shipping, but earrings are beautiful. Please work with other shippers 🙏

I’m in the process of replacing my earrings. Hope everything will go smoothly and I get replacement fast. But was quite disappointed to see thin steel wire in the loop of one of the earrings. Not sure about quality control mene is doing.

These did not feel up to the same quality as other items. They feel gold plated and a pair had a silver piece of metal sticking out the back. Not pleased with this pair.
